does anyone know of a supplier for acro carbs?

Is there a particular reason you want one? I think they're neat, but they can do some localized damage where they live.

what can they do?

They CAN cause tissue damage in the part of the colony they take up resedence, but they may be fine. Worst case, they could weaken the colony to the point infection and RTN. They may not cause any problems at all though.
