I just picked up a new light for my tank tonight. I got a screamin' deal on it so it was hard to pass up. The light is ususally about $230 at the lfs and I got it for $91.20
I am planning on adding 2 x 250 watt metal halides(10,000 k) along with the light I picked up tonight for a 90 gallon tank. Here is a link to the light I bought tonight:

Questions:
Since this light has two actinics and two 10,000 k's do I always have to use those same types of bulbs in the fixture or can I make all four bulbs actinics if I wanted to? Thats probably a dumb question but since there are no dumb questions, i thought I would ask it. My concern is that since I am going to have 500 watts of 10,000 k metal halides along with 130 watts of 10,000 flourescent I am scared that I will have too much white light in the tank. So, could I fill up the compact light I just bought with actinics only or should I make one or both of my metal halides 14,000 k?
