How long does it take for frags that you buy at the LFS to secure to you live rock.
Anyways here's my Green Goniopra.

It depends on what kind of frag it is. As far as I know, a goni will not attach to rock. If you need it to stay put, you need to glue or epoxy it in place.
Here's my goni (taken with a flash, unfortunately).

Do you guys feed these corals actual food or just light them?

I feed mine Cyclopeeze and DTs Phyto. It's only been about 6 or 7 weeks since I got it, but it's doing great. Here's a pretty comprehensive feeding guide (and a great goni resouce in general).
