Hi

I need a good fish for detrious and cleaning off rocks etc, I have a Powder blue tang so a tang is out of the question, I had some good snails but two scarlet shrimps think they are tasty.

Others in the tank are two clowns and a Long Nose butterfly, it needs to be something that will clean the glass etc, any ideas ????

Thanks

Dave

A sea hare will eat algae, etc and still clean the glass. They are not long lived, perhaps only a year.

My lawnmower blenny cleans the glass along with the rocks. He doesn't get it as clean as a snail, but he does clean it.

if there was a fish that could do all you're asking here, it would be sold out everywhere!

a foxface will graze on algae covered rocks, and will also pick at the tank panels, and will get along with your current residents. there are 4 species that typically appear in the trade on a regular basis.
