Hello, I have had my frogspawn coral for about 4 months now in my 29 bio-cube and as of yesturday it developed a incision in it and I am quite concerned about it,can anybody give me aby sugestions as to what may be happening? water conditions seem to be ok, calcium is at 450, and my hammer coral and all the other corals and fish seem to be ok.. thanks....:unsure:

One thing I did noticed was that my heater might be going bad, ithe temp has been around 77 ish for the last two or so days, don't know if this would cause this problem or not. Like I said the rest of the corals seem fine?
Doesn't look bad. It may be splitting. I wouldn't worry about it, just keep an eye on it.

I had a frog spawn split a few months back, it didnt look anything like that but my frag was much smaller. If you hurt it or something was wrong, in my experience, the corals usually pull in their tenticles and hide. So I wouldnt worry to much, it still looks like a healthy Frog

looks like it may be to much flow is ripping the tissue to me.
