as always, the mornings and afternoons are difficult for me, since it's typically the middle of the night for me; however, I could probably swing an evening every once in awhile...especially Saturday or Sunday evening.

Any day up until 7pm est. after 3pm
I go to work at 2am

I picked weekday evening. I have a rotating schedule so any weekday would be fine with me.

i voted on weekday, sat, and sun evenings. i sometimes work for a LFS after my 8-5 job, so evenings are best for me.

i log on on saturdays and for HR no one come thats why i slow down now lets try on weeckdays and see

Unless it's on IRC or something, I'm guessin' it didn't happen on accounta there's no link. I participated in a TR chat once though, I remember it bein' something of an event. I think there's enough membership to pull off a chat on a regular basis now (if there's interest).

the best way is to tell every one like on a banner or something when is chat nigth lots of people log in every nigth my self go to the chat room and no one is there why not announce it

now that we are rolling back into the winter months here in the north we will start working this part more.

another idea that has been recommended many times is to do a live call in/talk show. you join with your topics and discussion, and we talk about them or answer questions, then move on to the next person with an idea/topic/question. i have never really given this a go because i have never felt we could get enough participation, but maybe if we join this with chat night we can make it work..

that sounds VERY interesting Rob ... a reef talk show. we could call it Talkingreef ... oh wait, that is already in use !!:rotfl:

yes, and it would give every member the chance to be on the podcast without the normal hours of prep (that carmie and bobby are familiar with.. :) )

The time difference to Europe is 5 to 7 hours.
A 8PM chat or live show is 2AM for us here in Spain.
The show may be exposed to a broader audience if it starts sooner in the evening.
