The only forum I've been a part of that used them encountered nothing but trouble... clicks formed, any negative feedback given was given back by that person and all their "friends" etc. I hope it goes better here.

I'm just wondering what is to be accomplished with this. It seems like a decent idea in theory. Negative people become apparent to everyone quickly anyway. Is it a tool to discourage negative posts?
