Is there any thing I need to know before adding a wrass or hawk?125 gln.mushroom coral lots of calurpa and isopods.Im leaning toward fairy wrass but Im fond of the arc eye hawk too,if fairy wrass hide too much then thats a no.Are these breeds difficult to care for and are they prone to anything undesireable?Ive got a 4 inch maroon clown thats a brat,is he going to be the play ground bully with this breed of fish?Any sugestions on type of fish to add are greatly welcomed.Have a Great Day!TY.

Penny,
I have a maroon and a sixline wrasse. The maroon is definitely the boss of the tank and chases then other fish away from her anemone but it hasn't hurt anything. The sixline functions as a part time cleaner for the maroon clown but not for any other fish.

My sixline is not aggressive at all. The "bites the hand that feeds it so hard it draws blood" maroon is another story altogether!

I've had several 6 lines over the year and never had a problem. Maybe it's confused with the 5 line?
As for hawks, they're great, but my flame ate all my small peppermint shrimp...
i have had a few sixlines.. i would personally rate them as gentle to semi aggressive.. and by that i mean they can pick small fights with new comers, or when they are new, but in the few that i have had, they calm down pretty quick (week or so) with little to no real damage to anyone in the tank)

Thanks to all.I bought a fairy wrass and I need to know if a arc eye hawk would mix well. Also that would leave out the cleaner shrimp idea.At 20 dollars a pop thats an expensive snack. The wrass is pigging out on my isopods, shes not saving any for future fish.
