What is the best way to remove isopods ?Im using a protein skimmer and a canister filter. The canister has a water polisher also.Should I use the polisher or the carbon?I cant cant use both at once but,I could use alternatly.Ive got an over abundance of these little guys and girls apperantly LOL.Also are they good for anything?Or are they like a cockroach to the aquarium world?TY for help.

Why do you want to remove them? They are a fantastic part of the tanks ecosystem. There populations will wax and wane. If there is an overabundance of food they will flourish.

What do you have in your tank?

not only are they part of the ecosystem, but many fish (mandarins, seahorses, pipefish, small wrasses, etc.) find them tasty...people actually pay money for cultures.
