I'm still catching up with old podcast eposides; there was eposide where it was suggested that we never cover our tanks. We should use egg crate for the cover so the tank can breath. However, I have 2 question on that:
What color egg crate should we be using? Does color have any effect on the light or is white the color of choice?
I have a wave maker in the tank and it generates a lot of bubbles. My cover used to keep the bubbles somewhat contained, eventhought it is probably the biggest area of salt creep for the tank. Without a cover, is there a way to reduce the bubble from bursting on the surface and creating a splash?
thanks,
Jerome
