Can I get an opinion?

Can I get anyone's opinion on a tank I'm looking at on Craigslist? What are people's opinion on Oceanic equipment? Let me know if you think this is a good setup. Also what you think this is all worth.

I'm looking for a starter tank. This would be my first salt water. I know that this would be a small tank for a beginner but I have very limited space. Also what if anything you might think I also need to go along with it.

should be a sweet little setup, altho i'm not a fan of Rio pumps. i'd replace them with something more reliable.

the lighting also will be a bit dim for anything other than FO as well.
