I put these nassarius snails in my nano tank and they seem to be laying eggs...EVERYWHERE! I hope someone here can help me with keeping these eggs alive until they hatch...Then I will have lots of babies.

Wow...that's pretty cool. Hope they hatch and you end up with a surplus. :-)

I had about 125. I sent 20 to someone and will be giving about another 30 to someone else... so I will be down to 50-75 by tonight. Still too many for a 15 gallon tank

you had 125 adults before they even started laying eggs?! wow! Or was that how many babies you ended up with?
Are they eating up all the algae in your tank?

Are they nassarius? They look like they may be Ilyanassa obsoleta (Eastern Mud Snails) Most nassarius that I see have a lighter, almost white shell and foot. Those look darker.
I get Ilyanassa obsoleta when I collect glass shrimp on Cape Cod. They are much different from the Nassarius in color, size, behavior and in diet. I had a swarm of them attack and kill a fish in my temperate tank last year. I don't know if the fish was weak and/or dying and therefore was open to attack, or whether they did him in themselves.

I guess they are obsoleta... I have seen them devour an injured fish. in my experience, they love pellet food and algae/detrius.
