I'm really interested in keeping clams when I get my tank a little further along. I've learned a lot in the sub-forum about them, but would love to hear an overview. One question I gotta lay on you: why is it that they are so much more striking when viewed from above? And if that's a glass issue, does acrylic avoid this?
yes, we have a series planned all on clams, its not going to be for a few months, but its coming. i have some other shows and one more series series to get working on before that

Thanks, Rob! And I hope I placed this question in the appropriate place and you don't mind my starting the thread. I figure you get more PMs than I'd care to deal with.
nope this is fine...
never worry about that, you are welcome to do what you feel is right, if its not a mod will com in behind you and fix things up nicely.. :D
thats what they get paid for.. :)
oh yeah, i dont pay them.. lol
oh well, they will do it anyways.. ;)

Russy P... if you have any specific questions or concerns, go ahead and post in the species forum. There are a few of us out here who know some about clams. Otherwise, we will be doing a more comprehensive series later. Again, if you have a problem, or question, don't wait...go ahead and post.

No Ryan *said in the Seinfeld Soup Nazi voice* No clams for you :) :)
Kidding... I too am eagerly anticipating this series. But, as mentioned, may be a while to come. Sooooo if anyone has any clam questions, post away, as appropriate, in the forums.
