Can someone explain to me the diffrence between wet and dry skimming?

Thanks WWEST here i am sulking over the fact that my first test came back non-conclusive, and I'm restarting the test soon and you had to bring this up. :-) no seriously i'm re-running the test because i came up with less than 500 PPm diffrence which make me think that i need to rethinking my skimmate i have 4 samples of skimmate to sent to be analyzed. once i can find out exactly what in them i can try again.
