hahah yet another post today while im at it. i am building my sump as my other posts said and have a question about my return to my tank. should i make it something like a PVC elbow or spraybar, or does locline have some sort of advantage?..it will be PVC plumbed all the way until it gets to the return point..which is where it will either be locline or PVC. is one a better choice than the other for some reason?

Locline can be split with a Y fitting and it's directionally adjustable. I'd prefer locline over PVC for the outlet.

Locline has at least a dozen fittings for the ends, including valves. Gotta love that stuff.

if i do go locline, do i need to buy those 20 dollar plyers or can i go without them?

I don't have the pliers.... if something is stubborn... a little warm water should do ya.

well sounds like locline is good, but ithink for now, i will just use maybe 2 PVC spray bars and leave it open for an upgrade to loc line later. save myself a little money
