You can download iTunes (for free) from itunes.com to your computer. Then click on the iTunes Store in the lefthand nav pane and use the white search box in the top nav panel to do a search for Talkingreef. Click on subscribe and you will get the newest episode in your iTunes. You will have to click on the "Get" button of the other episodes (in iTunes) and download them individually but new episodes should be downloaded automatically. To listen just double click and listen on your computer. You can also burn them to CD to listen in your car.

i download the podcast in the .m4v format, and use VLC media player which is free, to play them. i think Quicktime also plays them on the PC.

yes, quicktime will play all the podcasts, and so will itunes.
.m4v are only the video shows, the rest are standard mp3 and will play in any mp3 compatible player

oh, thats another story..
we cant really give you the exact details, as they vary with each type of MP3 player.

i would suggest checking with the manual (or websites of the company) for your specific device

To put them on a CD download them to your computer. Then use your burning program to drag (or copy/paste) the files to the CD. Once again the exact technique will depend on the program that you use.
