Not to be a party pooper, but isn't there laws for holding a raffle? I know in the state of Indiana you have to be a non profit organization. I know in the past that Rob had to cancel a raffle. Hate to see anyone get into trouble.

Sure wouldn't mind winning this.

Sorry about that. It was that only state I couldn't find raffle laws for so I figured you were in the clear.

you americans, cant take you anywhere~:tongue2:theres got to be at least one of you that has to be a creative thinker!!!!
"non profit" just means awareness campains` just causes & bad slogans!
for the cost of registration you can have your raffles, as long as a % goes to the cause & the rest get eaten up in "administration charges" your flying. TR & CD are nothing but stageing arena's with the infustructures to handle foot trafic for marine awareness days:D You dont get a free ride to name your own building trump towers for nothing, you got to make things pliable so they work for you!

Ether that or think out side the box you call a country, only with an american product dispatch point. sheesh:raining:im going to have to go on the books soon, all this "free advice" will send me broke!

It's easy. To make it work, you make the entry free of charge.

Otherwise, in the eyes of the law... it's not a raffle. It's a lottery. Been there and done that with my business as well.
