This is for all of us who use flock on a PC (http://www.talkingreef.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2780#).

Whoever doesnt run flock. go to www.flock.com (http://www.getfirefox.com/) and try it, its free :)

Anyways, how would you like to be able to type something into the little search box on the top right side of flock and have it search Talkingreef? Sounds to good to be true. well its not. :) Click on the link below and simply double click it. It will do all the work for you..

If you have any problems post it here and i will try my best to fix it. Also after you click on the file you will only see it for less than a second.. I hope everyone enjoy's it and finds it useful.

Wes: I get a 404 error, you're missing the "-flock" in the link :)

Rob: shame shame, no ErrorDocument defined either! ;)

Also, Wes, the .src file still has all the example code and install notes in it. Won't work "as is" ;)

It works, the code is just an example is set not to be an active code. works perfect on my end..

Yours doesnt work at all?

Yeah, it works (in Flock and Firefox 2.0), I just figured it might confuse people. :)

Also, for Mac users (like me and Rob for example!), you might wanna make this a regular .zip archive instead of an .exe

For those Mac users who did unzip it (hint: open Terminal and run 'unzip' from the command line), the .src and .gif file go here:

Firefox 1.5 or Firefox 2:
/Users/***/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles/###/searchplugins/

or if you use Flock:
/Users/***/Library/Application Support/Flock/Profiles/###/searchplugins/

Replace *** with your username
Replace ### with your profile name (you probably only have 1, named something.default)

Im very interested in making a zip files for mac as well. if you can get the full path for the .scr file and the .gif file i would really apreciate it :)
