Nice find. What did you have to pay, if I may ask? bob21115 10-17-2006, 07:43 AM they wanted $100 ea or $150 for the pair. Amphibious 10-17-2006, 09:16 AM Thanks, just being curious. They are nice. awesome...
i love the clowns oddities.

ORA has amazing clownfish IMO fat walrus 10-19-2006, 08:24 PM Very nice clowns. veriann 10-20-2006, 08:15 AM hows there temperment? bob21115 10-20-2006, 12:58 PM They are still very young and I have them in a 20-gallon tank by themself. I feed them at least 3 times a day 3 0r 4 of the tiny pellets and them come to the front of the tank whenever I'm near.
I have a pair of breeding Clarki's w/ a blue strip that I'm going to sell out of my 150 to put these guys in there. I've been giving the Clarki eggs to a fellow reefer and he is starting to breed clowns so I asked him to make me a offer for them. Pinecone_Jeff 10-21-2006, 08:47 PM Wow! Those are amazing clowns! Beautiful! Please keep us updated on their development. I'd be really curious to see what their offspring would look like... that is if you end up breeding them. :) Er rather, if you decide to raise their fry... ya know what I mean. :) hey shawn, just wanted to check in on these guys, they still doing good?
any chance of them spawning.?? :D bob21115 01-12-2007, 07:10 AM Rob,
They are doing well i have 3 now and have moved the into my 150 upstairs. One is getting bigger than the other 2 and it looks like 2 of them are pairing up. The larger of the 3 is starting to getting its darker black bands.
They are a slow grower and I would think it will take a few years befor they starte to spawn.
I'll try to snap a few picture after the lights go on at noon today.
Shawn awesome, thanks for the update..
i would love to get some, or help you get them spawning and raise them ;)
just feed them good and keep em healthy.. :) bob21115 01-12-2007, 12:34 PM If your ever on the west side of Michigan I would be willing to part with my extra one. Its the one on the left in the last picture. I'll let him go for what I paid $75. I'm not ready to start shipping yet. thanks Shawn, tempting offer, if i can find a second one for a similar price i might take ya up on that.. i would love to try and breed them along with the my other clowns.. :) iglowce 01-12-2007, 04:26 PM share some pix.. i cant wait for the update. =] bob21115 01-12-2007, 07:45 PM Here are a few more picture of the clowns I took today.

Man I thought Michigan played bad. What happened to your buckeyes? wwest 01-12-2007, 11:06 PM I REALLY dont like where this is going :) lol CarmieJo 01-13-2007, 02:21 PM Geez Shawn, I don't know who it was that played in that (those) game(s) but it sure wasn't the team(s) I'd watched all season. I'm glad the Wisconsin and Penn State came through for the Big Ten! JeffDubya 01-13-2007, 10:39 PM shoving back OT... :)
One of our club members won a pair of these at MACNA. They're gorgeous. shoving back OT... :)

i agree, and if i get the change to breed them, i will be all over it.. :) Explosif 01-26-2007, 01:05 AM beautiful clowns! iglowce 01-26-2007, 01:06 AM any idea if they are spawning! bob21115 01-26-2007, 09:34 AM Thanks for the compliments and they arn't spawning yet they are to young. Russel P 01-27-2007, 08:17 PM Are people working to propogate these patterns, or are really they just oddities that don't yet consistently pass on their abberant patterns?
I ask because when i was a kid, an albino cornsnake was rare, and now they have every pattern and morph imaginable. I wonder if any saltwater fish might eventually be bred in morphs like guppies... bob21115 01-27-2007, 10:36 PM Are people working to propogate these patterns, or are really they just oddities that don't yet consistently pass on their abberant patterns?
