Couldn't believe the size of this Heliofungia:eek: Its almost 11" across. Couldn't pass up the sweet deal on it....:D The clerk at the LFS asked me if I wanted to take a look at some of their Plate Corals in the back room. :cool:

I have a special blend of shrimp, oyster and clam meats to feed it occassionally, can anyone think of anything else? Thanks!

Clean water, bright light, good water parameters, good food and a caring reefer. Sounds like a winning combination to me. :agree:

Fin and Feather in Groton, CT. Justin Credabel used to work there.....

The Fin and Feather in E. Hartford sucks, there coral selection just isn't there anymore. I think they are starting to get some competition from the surrounding areas. Next time I'm in Groton I'll have to check 'em out

different stores I believe. The one in East Hartford is Exotic Fin and Feather Super Pet.... the Fin and feather in Groton is a family owned business for 38 years. I go the East Hartford store on my lunch hour sometimes. They don't have a good selection of corals anymore.....

BTW, you can also look at Go Fish in Westbrook, CT as well - they have some georgeous corals there!

Never been there ( Go Fish ). Your right it is Exotic Fin and Feather, Im in Milford all the time theres one there ( I think its Bob's ) thats real nice. It's nice to see another "Nutmeger" in the forums

It is Bob's - I saw it on line. Hmmmm.... I was looking for an excuse for a "road trip" next weekend.......
