This week im starting the long awaited, much anticipated series on lighting.
Im going to try and get these out all in a row, but that might not happen. Im want to get as much feedback after each show, so help plan the next one so please let me know what im missing in each step. This step is all introduction to terms and concepts, so if there are foundational terms or concepts i missed that should be highlighted, please let me know here

Good breakdown of the various aspects of the physics of light that are important to our hobby!

Another great show. Suggestion - don't be afraid to bring on the technical information. You do a great job of taking complicated or technical concepts and putting them into layman's terms. So feel free to dive in deeper. Your listeners will follow!

I second that Rob, you do have a knack for explaining things. Good show!

I do have a question. I see MH pendants all the time and I also see MH lights that have actinic PC lights as well. What is the benefit of the actimics. For example, if I put a 20000K 250 MH bulb above my tank, would I need/want actinics?
