my algae has turned from brown to green during cycling. normal i imagine? if so whats next? ammonia nitrite and nitrate slowly declining.

about 3 1/2 to 4 weeks

Sounds good. Wait another 2-3 weeks and test your water. If everything is ok, you are ready for a cleanup crew :)
