well i know i have mentioned it before, but one of the things i do is get corals from my LFS that are normally large colonies that sit in his tank for too long and dont do well.
Rob to the rescue, i get these corals real cheap or free with that idea that i will work to recover them and nurse them back to health..

here is one i wanted to share..

Here it is about a month or so after i got, but this time it was already doing better, but was still having tissue dying off and near bleached

Here are some pictures of it from last week.. on its way to recovery..

here you can see a whole shot.. you see where the tissue recession continued to, and a couple spots o had to frag off, but for the most part recession has stopped and color is coming back nicely

a good combination of being a tight ass and a geniune concern from dieing animals works out well for u rob. how soon before you introduce rescued animals to the main display.?

yea at sometimes being a tight ass pays off.. although im hate watching it sit there wasting away..

how soon before you introduce rescued animals to the main display.?
Its already in the display, im still working on getting the frag tank stable enough to handle this type of work.. getting the shelves and stands situated right, and getting the lighting right
