Rob,
First off let me tell you that I love the podcasts. Thanks for your time and effort in bringing them to us all .
On to my podcast topic:
With so many lighting options out there, it is often perplexing to figure out which lighting is the right lighting. I am currently a power compact user and after seeing T-5 lighting I am about to switch, or should I get a Metal Halide setup with PC'S. Or VHO...See what I mean, it can get confusing and expensive... How about shedding a little light on this subject (pun intended). Thanks again.

Welcome to TR 8251Reefer!!

I know Rob plans to do a light show soon and hopefully he will answer those same questions because I wonder the same thing!! Lights are the hardest thing for me to understand.

Shed some light for us Rob!! he he

lighting is a very complex subject. there are many aspects that need to be discussed its probably going to take 3-5 shows to cover it. but i promise i will be doing it, and soon

I'd love to hear about lights too. Specifically T-5's as I'm thinking of upgrading from PC's to them.

awesome.. well like i said, they are comming... lighting shows are going to be some work, but i have some things planned, and probably starting next month there will be shows about various lighting topics.
