no fair, im like the only one in australia that pops up here with any regularity. thats not finding a needle in a stack of needles, thats like finding a a spring roll in a bowl of rice!but to take an educated guess, blubber lives by the ocean, which puts it west or east side! im placing him east coast, & u gwen, ur not far from Amp so id say ur above florida. or i could be way off! lol this is without cheating & checking the profile, although blubbers profile is in space like mine
