so i haev been thinking about changing the site over to use vBulletin instead of the portal system i currently use.

so im wondering what you guys think.
vBulletin is the system used at other sites like

the cost of this is about $160 for the license but shoudl provide alot easier interface for the site visitors, better control and many better intergraded things like reviews, and a better photo gallery and such
vBulliten is also know to be more secure and have better performance

so what do you think

I'm in support of the change. People who come here will already be familar with the layout since most reefers have already been to a vBulletin site and therefore making navigation easier to them.

Now we gotta get the money.... I say we all pledge a certain dollar amount for each laugh in Rob's next show #27.

I think it is very nice the way it is, but if I were you, I would do whichever one is easier for you to keep up with, I can only imagine the amount of time you must have to spend as it is, so if it would save you time, that would be great.
We will all keep coming back no matter which way you go. I love this site.

I think this portal is pretty good looking, but if you think it's easier for you to manage by switching, then now is the time to switch. It will be a much bigger pain to switch once the site is crammed fullof posts and people. And you might lose the old archived posts.

Podcasts are becomming popular pretty rapidly, your concept is great, and when people start flocking here, you'll need it to handle the traffic.
