Wierd spots on black clowns!!!

I have two black percs. One has several areas that look like some one spilt bleach on him. It doesnt look like ich or slime. Even his top fin looks like it got bit. Any ideas. It seems like he is snuggeling to hard on his anemone and getting scales rubbed off or maybe its anemone burns. I hear on orange clowns this appears to mimic what I see with him but they show up black because the clown is orange. I am adjusting nitrates back to 0ppm and boosting ph. I have a bit of a flux because I added lifeguard dose as precaution. My other clown has one spot on his fin like this, but like I said its not raised, slimey, no leisions and they are acting no different. Same old fiesty selves.

I call them "milk spots" and my maroon used to get them too. I don't think they hurt anything. When this first happened I was told it was from my BTA but I don't know if that is factual or not.
