nitrates finally reached 0

my nitrites and nitrates are at 0 but my ammonia still reads 0.25 what gives?

Slightly askew-ed test kit. For now consider .25 as your test kit's 0 and watch for a rise from there as a warning that you have excess Ammonia. It happened to me recently as I've reported here on TR.

Glad your Nitrates are 0, finally.
