| Bad coral shrimp-Help!
I have a banded coral shrimp that has turned rouge on us. I got him about 9 months ago and he was large then---now he's HUGE. He has been harassing my cleaner shrimp to the point they are hiding on the powerheads and won't clean the fish any more, anything that comes near him he attacks, I'm not exaggerating. I know they're territorial but this is ridiculous, Problem is I can't catch him. I've tried everything except tearing my tank apart (125 gal, mixed reef). He's a wary little brat and now he knows I'm after him so he hides every time I come up to the tank. I've tried traps, nets, specimen tanks, tongs and sneaking up on him at night - can't get him. I don't want to sound cruel but this is "dead or alive" situation. Any idea's?? |
