There are these
Blue Life Water Colors backgrounds that are applied like window tinting. Wet them down and then smooth the bubbles out as you squegee out the water. Best applied before you install your tank and add water. MD sells them in black and blue with different sizes available. This is more forgiving and bubble free than anything peel and stick.
