Dwarf angels like C. argi

might eat it. In fact that was all mine would eat at first. They are cautiously reef safe. Mine does not seem to bother my corals but individual fish may. A sea hare might eat it but what are you going to feed it when the caulerpa is gone? The best advice is probably to just keep pulling it out.
