I only feed one thing during the day, which is
Rod's Food. Expensive, but Rod's food is 100% food and not comprised of gel binders or water, doesn't require me to run all over town to get ingredients, and doesn't need straining. Works for me and simplifies one aspect of reef keeping.
Rod's Food ingredients:
Shrimp, Scallop, Oyster, Clam, Squid, Octopus, Brine, Krill, Mysis, Grouper (or perch), Red Nori, green Nori, Broccoli, carrot, Frozen red plankton, Golden pearl (7 sizes),
DTs Oyster eggs, Selco, Fresh hatched brine, Freshly harvested rotifers

I have tried Coral Heaven by IPSF as a lights-out coral food. I may try a Reef-Nutrition product soon instead.
