FWIW, the product name "Tang Heaven" is a trade mark of indo-Pacific Sea Farms and is not a common name of any particular
macro algae. IPSF uses this moniker for several of their
macro algaes, including Tang Heaven Red (Gracilaria parvispora), Tang Heaven Green (Ulva sp.), and Tang Heaven Gold (Sargassum sp.). More official "fine print" information regarding the "Tang Heaven" trade mark can be found at the
