Thanks Carmie, unfortunately the plate coral is acting strangely, it likes to infalte and deflate a lot. I've read this is pretty normal for long tentacle plates though. I also read that they usually dont survive when placed on the rockwork, anyone have any experience with these corals? I been target feeding mine cyclopeeze which it seems to love. I'll post pictures of it inflated and deflated in a minute. I hope this is truly normal behaviour for them. I read that they do this to try and gain bouyancy to move. Mine seems to try and move away from the rocks and towards the front glass.
