It reminds me of many years ago, snorkeling off of a very remote part of Big Pine Key. I saw something very similar, it was right out of Alice and Wonderland, frieky!! For years I had nno idea what it was, and made mention of it from time to time over the years, It seemed larger to me, and I think psychadelic spots like a mandarin.
