Heniochus Ich???

Well heres the story,

On sunday (mothers day) i went to the lfs and they are very overpriced but i finially decided to go with a heniochus and ended up paying 90 for him and i bring him home drip acclimate him and put him into my tank yah dumb move there all thats in there besides him is a clown so i put him in and feed him and he eats right away. Yesterday i came home checked on him and took a nap this was about 4 and then i got up at 9 and looked at him again and he had small bubble/salt like specks on him and i went back to bed at about 11 and couldnt tell any difference. So todya i come home and there are way far less spots on him and i called the store and they said that it may just be from stress it happens sometimes when they first get them in to give it a day and then start treatment. So what do i do i want to check this and this is my first time ever with possible ich what treatment do you guys reccommend? And todya is water change day should i go ahead and do my change?

Thanks a lot

Caleb
