this is very easy.
1. install
iTunes
2. Click
here
this will take you to the Talkingreef page in the iTunes podcast directory
3. Click the subscribe button
This will start your subscription and download the most recent episode
When you look at in iTunes after you subscribe there will be a little triangle before the name, if you click this it will drop down the list of all the past shows
then just click "get" on the ones you want
