| the 70 inch tank which i am now relazing is actually a reefing tank as it has many features ive seen in other tanks on this forum i was going to use it for freshwater fish keeping.
It has 4 light tubes 2 yellow 1 pink and 1 blue with 3 modes of light colours
a air pump with connecting tube to a green/blue stick to which when air passes through it creates small bubbles along the width of the tank
A 30 inch filter biggest one ive seen
And now ive purchased two 500w heaters
My questions is this tank as i think for marine fish not tropical ?
Do i need other equipment to start reefing?
e.g Like some kind of filter in barrels under the cabinet which keeeps the water circulating in and out of the tank like in the fish store.Or any other equiopment other than what i alrady stated
Is the airpump i have a protein filter ?
How do i make tap water into salt water do ineed to buy it from the fish store? |
