Good idea Gimmito. I had the solid part facing up, thinking that it would reduce vortex action. I just rotated it as you mentioned, and it allows me to increase the flow just a bit more before I start seeing my oolitic
DSB particles start to launch into the water column. A little increase is better than nothing!
