| i would say absolutely not. it may not happen right away, but my experience with them is if you do run them completely submerged they will eventually fail. first thing to go I noticed was the thermostat, then it was just a matter of time before I got a nice little buzz every time I touched the water. i've since replaced all my heaters with the stealths. |
