I am sorry to hear that.
I am not sure what your livestock is but the six line should do well in a smaller tank. What about leaving your
sump up and just moving your tank to the basement? Or setting up a small tank in the basement for some of the livestock. After having a system up for that long I would hate to have to more or less start over. Could you still use the
sump and only run it through a small tank?
