I agree with Lori that most worms range from harmless to beneficial! I think it is just amazing to watch the new things pop up on your
LR and in your aquarium.
In my nano with the stock lights I have some colt coral, mushrooms, zoanthids, encrusting gorgonian and an Euphyllia divisa (frogspawn) that are all doing well.
