I'm a little confused on what your asking. the plumbing off the pump is 1.5 inches then reduces to 1" then to 3/4 loclines. the overflow has 4 1" drains. I'm not sure what you mean by cutout.the pump will be 14 feet below the top of the tank (in the basement) its a 3600
GPH barracuda thats rated for 2200
GPH at 14".
