Dascyllus trimaculatus - I love 'em

Well, just today I was gazing at my tank, and my lil domino swam up to the glass and showed much curiosity towards me. (on a side note- I was starting to get fed up with him, picking on my other fish) But I fell in love with him once again. I've had my fish for about 9 months now(its about 3 inchesfrom head to fin), and was wondering about purchasing him a mate. As domino's live in small groups, my question was how would i go about pairing him up with another of it's kin? And is there any way to determine the gender of this species?
