| Don, I haven't done this and I am a bad interior designer. But, I think given the outward design of the fixture that it would look fine. My only concern would be if the fans would work properly. How are you mounting them? If hanging, you could leave an inch or so in between and that would probably be enough to allow air to circulate. I cannot feel any heat come off mine from the fans.
