here is the tank overflow. Perfecto 75g tank with AGA Megaflow kit. sitting on a AGA stand.

sump in the stand. you can see the Prizm Deluxe
skimmer on the
sump. the big white hose is the overflow and the smaller clear hose loops around from the return pump and up to the tank. should i make the return hose as short as possible? i wanted to leave some slack. the overflow enters from the right, the
skimmer skims it and dumps it over the baffle and into the middle chamber...
where the
DSB will be, for now i have a small amount of sand and two small chunks of
LR and some chaeto.
and then over to where the return pump is. for now i just have a small piece of acrylic and a small plastic egg crate thing blocking large debris from going into the return pump. i will modify with a much bigger, more secure piece when i get it this week.
