saltyreef is an unknown quantity at this point
The BTA ate the Perc. On the 30th, it appeared that the perc was going to host the BTAs. He was all snuggled between them, at the base, when I went to bed. In the morning, the offspring BTA was closed up in a manner I have not ever seen either do before & caused me some concern. The small perc was missing as well. Did a quick look around the tank, and had to leave for work. When I got home, the anemone was in beautiful condition & the clown still missing. Both clowns were doing well in the tank, eating, no sign of stress or disease. The BTA's were also well fed! I've tested the water everyday, just in case it died in the rocks, no ammonia spike, water is looking good. If it died during the night, it is possible the lobster pulled it back in the rocks, but still I would expect a change in the water parameters. At first, I didn't connect the BTA eating it, but the more I picture how it looked, the more certain I am it ate the clown.
