Bristle worms can be good part of your cleanup crew. Look em up and try to identify it. If you saw one there are probably more.

Keep an eye on the coral banded shrimp. I have heard of them sometimes getting pretty agressive and be a threat to the other shrimp and fish you have in there.

As far as stocking, I would think that the 3 big fish you had were too much for 46 gallons. One tang is plenty of large fish in there. I thin a light bioload is an advantage so I would say the one tang plus 3 or 4 small fish.
