Hasn't caused a problem,and I'm more of a "leave well enough alone" person myself.
Short of attempting to remove it with tweezers,I'm just keeping an eye on it, and let the rock do it's thing.
Good circulation has mine decreasing,so all seems to be moving in the right direction.
