Exciting times!

1. Bigger is better! It will give you more room for a fuge, bubble trap, and a place hide your equipment. A tank is great, because it is easy to divide but all of your options will work just fine. Even if you don't need the space now you may in the future.

2. A couple of T5's will be just fine to start out with. The life on the rock is pretty hardy. You may want to add more light down the road for your viewing pleasure but light is not as important in a FOWLR tank as it is in a reef.
